In Recipes - Posted on Mon 28th September 2009 by Clare Finlay
Ingredients:
1/4 lb. Butter, melted
1 Cup Graham cracker crumbs
1 Cup Chocolate chips
1 Cup Butterscotch chips
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 13.5-oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 3500. Make room in the fridge for a 9" X 13" baking sheet. Make sure to add the ingredients in order. Melt the butter in a disposable 9" X 13" baking sheet. Add the graham cracker crumbs. Mix well and press down evenly to cover. On top of that add the chocloate chips, butterscotch chips, chopped walnuts and shredded coconut. Pour the condensed milk over it all as evenly as possible. Bake at 3500 for about a half an hour (depending on your oven) or until the top is golden-brown and the middle is set. Put the pan on a wire rack and allow it to cool for an hour. Place it in the fridge for at least three hours to chill completely. Cut into 1" squares. It is a very rich and sweet product, so small squares are recommended. Save unused portions in waxed paper and then in a ziplock type of plastic bag. It will keep for up to a week in the fridge.
